Description: Vanadium dioxide is a thermochromic material. The transformation temperature of pure vanadium dioxide is 68℃, which has been confirmed by researchers from all over the world. Moreover, the phase transformation temperature of VO2 can be changed by doping nano tungsten.namely,The phase transition temperature can be reduced to room temperature by doping tungsten. The main application Intelligent window with automatic temperature adjustment; Laser protective film; Infrared detector; Optical data storage materials, etc. By magnetron sputtering,VO2 thin films with resistance varying by two orders of magnitude have been obtained on silicon wafers.The electrical properties of the films were tested. The results show that the phase transition temperature of tungsten doped vanadium dioxide film is lower than that of pure vanadium dioxide film, and the near infrared transmittance of tungsten doped vanadium dioxide film is also reduced. Storage Condition: This product should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, can not be exposure to air, keep in dark place. in addition should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
