Description:
The principle of nano vanadium dioxide powder used for thermistor:
Before and after the phase transition of nano vanadium dioxide VO2, its resistivity will have a sudden change of several orders of magnitude.
When the temperature is lower than the phase transition point, nano VO2 shows high resistance and the circuit is disconnected;
When the temperature exceeds the phase transition point, VO2 nano shows low resistance and the circuit is turned on.
Utilize the characteristics of VO2 resistance changing with temperature to realize automatic control of the circuit.
If you want to lower the phase transition temperature of vanadium dioxide, tungsten doped vanadium dioxide can also be customized. The phase transition temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 68℃.
Storage Condition:
