Description: Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is an excellent solid lubricant and catalyst for its good chemical and thermal stability, large specific surface area and high surface activity. As the particle size of MoS2 becomes smaller, its surface adhesion and coverage of friction materials are significantly improved, and its wear resistance and friction reduction performance are also significantly improved. Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) Nanopowders uses: Nano molybdenum disulfide is mainly used in mechanical lubrication and friction industry as a solid lubricating material. Excellent lubricity for equipment under high temperature, low temperature, high load, high speed, chemical corrosion and modern ultra-vacuum conditions. It can also be used as non-ferrous metal stripping agent and forging film lubricant. Adding Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles in lubricating oil, grease, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, paraffin, stearic acid can improve the lubrication and reduce the effect of friction, prolong the lubrication cycle, reduce the cost, improve the working conditions.
