Solar batteryUsing Graphene oxide instead of PEDOT:PSS as the hole transport layer of the polymer solar cell, the similar photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) was obtained. The effect of different GO layer thickness on the polymer solar cell PCE was studied. It was found that the thickness of the GO film layer was 2 nm.
