Description:

Nano ZrO2 powder has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, large thermal expansion coefficient, small heat capacity and thermal conductivity, so it is determined to be a very ideal thermal insulation material.

Nano zirconia has special optical properties, and its reflectivity for long-wave ultraviolet, mid-wave and infrared is as high as 85%. After the coating is dried, the nanoparticles tightly fill the gaps between the coatings to form a complete air insulation layer, and its own low thermal conductivity can force the heat transfer time in the coating to be longer, so that the coating also has a lower thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of the coating can be improved, thereby improving the thermal insulation performance of the coating.

According to research, the main component of the reflective thermal insulation coating is nano-zirconia particles, which has a very low thermal conductivity. This kind of interior wall thermal insulation coating is painted with a thin 3 mm in the building, which can improve the indoor insulation rate by more than 3 °C in winter. It can be increased by 90%, and the energy saving rate can reach more than 80%, so that the phenomenon of water droplets and mold on the wall can be completely solved.

Storage Condition:
