Description:
Performance of YSZ nanopowder: High thermal expansion coefficient, low thermal conductivity, good oxidation resistance and stability and other excellent properties
Application of YSZ nanopowder:
- Dental field: high density and strength, good mechanical properties, chemical stability, biocompatibility
- Ceramic backplane of mobile phone: compared with the metal backplane, the ceramic backplane has no interference with the signal and unparalleled superior performance of other materials.
- Optical fiber ceramic ferrule: For its excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability and extremely high precision, YSZ nanopowder can be used to prepare optical fiber ceramic ferrules and sleeves for optical fiber connectors
- Fuel cell: widely used in the field of solid oxide fuel cells as an ideal electrolyte because of its high cationic conductivity and ideal stable phase in redox atmosphere.
- Films and coatings: with excellent heat resistance, thermal insulation properties, optical properties, electrical properties, mechanical properties and chemical stability, YSZ nanopowder can be used in thermal barrier coatings, insulation, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant coatings and optoelectronic devices
Storage Condition:
YSZ nanopowder should be stored in sealed, avoid light, dry place. Room temperature storage is ok.
