The good electrical properties are attributed to Sb2O3 doping, which makes SnO2 semi-conductive. 2.ATO film has good anti-reflection, anti-radiation and infrared absorption functions. 3.ATO transparent conductive film has good chemical stability, thermal stability, corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and ATO film has good adhesion to the substrate and high mechanical strength.
